Finding Rare Pieces Of Sea Glass

When people ask me “How do you find so much rare sea glass?” I must tell them that finding rare and colorful glass in 80% luck. The rest is skills like having a sharp eye, being quick to grab it before the tide takes it away, and being patient. Having an eye to see fast moving blotches of color is just a skill you develop with time and practice. Being quick isn’t always required, especially if the glass is up on the sand away from the waves, but it pays off if you see a blink of cobalt, or a flash of crimson. Being patient is important because sometimes you have to wait, and not just give up. Being persistent is important. Don’t give up, because remember it’s mostly luck!
